I just want to drop a note to say how pleased I am with the service I recently received from Taylor Flooring. The Mobile Division was especially good for me to discuss my option to replace my 16-year-old flooring in the comfort of my home.
When John Wells arrived at my house, I was very pleased with his practical advice. He asked question to see what our needs were and provided excellent input. By the end of two hours, I was happy with the choices and anxious to get the job started.
When the installers, Bill and Tom, arrived on the day, they were friendly, courteous and very hard workers! I was especially impressed with how well they worked together and the steady pace they kept. From 8:00 am to 7:00 pm with only a glass of water they impressed me! They are perfectionists in their work and it showed! The floors look great and Im very pleased with the service from beginning to end!
